Technical Issues from Nov, 8th, 7:30 CET to 10:00 CET
We recently experienced a temporary issue with our database management system (DBMS). The issue has been resolved, and we do not believe any data has been lost. However, as a precaution, we recommend the following actions:
- If you submitted solutions during the affected period, please consider resubmitting them to ensure they were properly received.
- If you created an account or updated your details, you may need to redo these actions.

Technical Details (for those interested):
The issue arose due to an automatic update and restart of our virtual machine, which unexpectedly caused an outdated "ghost" database container to load alongside the current one. As a result, some requests were directed to the outdated container. While we are still investigating the exact cause, we have removed the outdated containers to prevent recurrence.
