We had some temporary server issues due to some large number of parallel submissions. We quickly upgraded the server and should now run smoothly again. If you encounter any issues during the upload, you can always quickly compute an md5 hash of you upload, send us an email with it as proof of the time (we go for the time the mail reaches us, not the time in the header), and upload the file to some cloud provider. We will then enter these files (if the hashes match) manually.
